What is a doula?
A doula supports clients throughout labor to help create a rewarding birth experience. As doulas, we blend years of experience in feminine spirituality and meditation techniques with formal science education.
We provide emotional support, physical comfort, and evidence-based information on birth options and explanations of medical procedures. We reassure partners, promote thoughtful discussion, and use massage, positioning, meditation, and other approaches to encourage relaxation.
Please feel free to email us at email@example.com. It would be a pleasure to talk with you about how we can assist your birth.
Birth Companion support from your prenatal visit to your postpartum follow-up. We also hold several classes a year on comfort measures and meditation and perform Birth Blessing ceremonies and Belly Casting.

We welcome all clients, including LGBT families, teens, and single parents. For clients who want to explore the spiritual aspect of pregnancy and birth, we offer inclusive support of all spiritual and religious practices. We feel pregnancy and childbirth connect us all in a sacred way that transcends any single belief system.
